About us

Lave is a family story.

From the operating theatres of Bel Medic - where hygiene is a matter of life and death - through boutiques, hotels and offices, to heavy post-construction cleaning: in every one of those worlds I learned what it truly means to do this job right.

I am Jelena Đurđević. Before founding Lave in 2022, I spent over a decade leading teams on some of Serbia’s biggest projects - from the opening of Ada Mall and Beo Shopping Center, to the Kneginje Zorke Health Center and the Sika factory in Simanovci. That experience gave me a clear picture of what makes an agency truly trustworthy.

What clients
ask most often.

Answers to the most common questions. If something is not here - call us, we love to talk.
How many workers do you have?
We scale the team to the job. For an apartment or smaller office - 4 to 6 workers. For a larger construction site or urgent handover - we send 15 to 20 people. We have never missed a deadline due to lack of capacity.
Do you have your own equipment and machines?
Yes - all our own. Industrial vacuums, steam cleaners, floor scrubbers, professional chemicals. For facades we also have a rope-access system. The client does not have to provide anything - we arrive fully equipped.
How many days from first call to finished job?
Typically 2 to 5 days from call to clean handover. Site visit within 1-2 days, quote in 24h, date agreed. Once we start, the client can step away completely - Jelena or Jovana are personally on site, supervising every worker and every step. You get a call when it is done and checked.
How quickly can you come for a site visit?
Usually within 1-2 business days. For urgent cases - e.g. construction handover tomorrow - we come the same day if we can fit the slot.
Do you give a fixed price or an estimate?
A fixed price, after the on-site visit. No “we will see on-site” during the work - all unexpected items are handled upfront, and the quote you sign is exactly what we charge.
Do you work with private clients or only companies?
Both. Most of our revenue comes from construction companies, but we regularly clean apartments, houses and smaller offices for private clients.
Do you work on weekends or at night?
We work every day, and at night if needed. We try to avoid it - but when a client has a tight handover, the team comes at the agreed time.
Do you offer rope-access facade cleaning?
Yes. We have a trained team and equipment for rope-access cleaning of facades and glazing - including tall residential and commercial buildings.
Do you work outside Belgrade?
Our base is in Belgrade and that is where we do most of our work. For larger projects we go outside the city - get in touch and we will arrange it.
